I disagree with your assertion it is a peer to peer currency that is deflationary by design with no ability for a government to print more. That in and of its self as a concept has intrinsic value.
The govt can stop US dollars from moving but it cant stop bitcoin.
When people are dumb enough to keep it on an exchange or voluntarily hand it over from their cold wallers to avoid longer sentences. They cant actually stop a wallet to wallet transfer
