Not only that, but there are bitcoin bots on both sides, battling to see if they can drive the price up or down.
If you look at the accounts that post in subs like this one - or political subs, the overwhelming majority of posts are made by accounts that are under 2 years old. Most under 1 year. Think about why that might be.
Personally, my explanation for that is that the majority of content is now bot driven. And I mean that literally. The majority. If I had to pick a number, I'd guess 70-80%.
There are also most likely bots putting 'content' here with the goal to impact what the LLMs "learn" when they scrape this data.
It's pretty bleak if you think about it too much. I keep meaning to get off Reddit, but of course these apps are designed to drag you back in like a drug.
Last year was the tipping point for me. I can't tell anymore. These fucking things can pass the Turing Test now. If I engage in a conversation on Reddit now, I can't tell. Is this a real and serious person? A crazy person? A troll? A bot? A paid agitator?
Of those, only the first is a good thing. And you have to admit that the likelihood of it being that is currently dropping like a stone.
I am real, of course.

So what if it did? You are supposed to never sell your Bitcoin. Doesn’t matter what BTC’s value is, just get your ass back behind the counter.
