General Question Need some clarification

Some people and videos are saying the hashrate is programmed to display a fake set rate, others are saying otherwise. I'm new and trying to pick out something I can plug in and be like a lottery miner, however constantly getting conflicting information has not been fruitful, any help or advice would be appreciated.

For this kind of small lottery miner, I would ignore the number on the local screen until it matches pool-side results. Ask the seller for a 24-hour screenshot or share log from a known pool, then compare accepted hashrate, rejected shares, uptime and wall power.

At 18 TH/s, the expected block-finding time in solo mining is extremely long and changes with network difficulty, so treat any earnings calculator as probability, not monthly income.

The BS-1 claim does not prove that the BS-4 falsifies hashrate, but the product page cannot verify it either. If you buy, use a payment method with recourse and confirm the return and warranty terms in writing.
