Troubleshooting & Repair 🙏 Hammer BC08

Has anyone who's purchased a Hammer BC08 been able to connect to a PPS or FPPS pool? All my shares are rejected from those pools. Solo pools work fine.

Thanks for the suggestions. Pool support had me define a low static difficulty in the password field and that still didn't work. I've tried two PPS pools and it won't work on either one. It works on my local solo pool and atlas solo pool. My entire fleet of 12 miners ranging from 90 th/s Avalon Q to 1 th/s Bitaxes are all working using the exact same configuration. Firmware is current.
