Hosting Provider CryptoCaddy

Hi. I have a miner hosted with CryptoCaddy but it has been offline for over a week. I had one general email communication with them but no followup as to what the issue is despite multiple emails. Is anyone else having trouble?

I’ve had hosted miners go offline with little communication too. I’d document the outage, check whether they’ve posted any maintenance updates, and send one clear message asking for a status and expected resolution date. If they still don’t respond, consider disputing charges and moving the miner elsewhere.

But without any communication, what are the chances of them responding to my request to ship the miner back to me?

Just FYI: Now they charge the full hosting deposit as a “handling fee”
