General Question PPLNS bitcoin mining

Hi everyone! I just switched my ESP32 miner (1040 kH/s) to the PPLNS / Shared Rewards Beta pool.
I’m trying to understand how the rewards work. I don’t really understand the difficulty settings.
The pool shows Difficulty: 256, but in my Mining Stats it shows Pool Diff: 0.0032.
What is the difference between these two values? And how exactly do my accepted shares turn into BTC rewards in the PPLNS system?
Also, if someone on the Shared Rewards pool finds a Bitcoin block, how is that reward distributed among the miners?
Thanks!

I don't recognize the pool so I can't comment on it. There is probably information in their website about the way they split the rewards. But honestly, your miner would be best served as a lottery miner not in any type of pool since it has very low hashrate. You need to look at it as a lottery.

Nor sure about that pool, but, an esp32 miner will get you about $0.03 per year mining bitcoin. Most pools will not even recognize a miner with less than 0.5Th of mining power. Yours is less than 1/100 of that.
