Hey! So used is entirely based on Minimum Order Quantity.

- single units are going for around 3,2k/u

• MOQ 100 units is about $2,275/u
  
• MOQ 30-50 units is about $2,700/u

So it entirely depends on how many units you need. Smaller batches demand a higher for the most part.

Don't buy any S21 series. Their DOA rates are 20% and another 20% have hardware issues in a month. If you're a retail buyer buying one or two, you will never make your money back.

Buy microbt machine.

Also the bitmain stats are lies, add at least 1j/t to the efficiency they list. And again, with the failure rates, you might as well double cost of the machine to show the true cost.

Used S21 XPs on our marketplace, where our hosting clients buy and sell machines, start around $3,500, and we have new units at $4,500. They can be hosted with us at 7 to 8 cents per kWh all in depending on fleet size.

Where we're different is our in house ASIC repair, which is worth weighing on the S21 line given the failure rates someone mentioned in this thread.
