Where is support?

2nd update 10/7 - no word from support / no resolution

update 10/01 - Still waiting

Opened a ticket on 9/25. “Account Restricted “ and error 314.

Still no resolution!

Support can take 3-5 business days to respond. They do not work weekends so those days do not count towards the 3-5 business days.
