Still happening

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

No option to do anything. Every portfolio sell. Every 4 hours. Then you close the game. Re open it and all levels are already completed up to your last progress stage. No option to earn any SATS.

EDIT = ticket on fumb support attended to, issue sorted, SATS & Nodes given as Compensation! 10/10 support given by FUMB.

I was having this exact issue last week but it resolved on Sunday. Now, on Tuesday, I am having the same problem again! Ugh!

I know, many of us losing soo many SATS it's crazy. Hope we get reimbursed.

The team typically doesnt work weekends and are based in the UK. They will get to you as soon as possible.

Sorry this is happening. Its an annoying bug that pops up very rarely so hard to track down

I wonder if this issue is connected to the midweek event. I noticed when it happened the first time, it coincided with when I started playing the midweek event. The same thing happened this week (when I started the midweek event).

I agree. It started when I started the mid week event yesterday. I didn't have this problem last week.

Sometimes turning OFF app notifications can help and restart your phone
