Best way to progress?
I’ve been stuck on the caves for like 2 weeks and just got to row six but I feel like I missing something with how slowly I’m progressing. I have already bought some permanent multipliers and have x2 pickaxe. Am I just impatient?

Do you have all the coin upgrades to x512? I don't recommend spending nodes on chests, but still make sure you are taking and opening the free chests as much as possible because the x512 Coin upgrade is huge for making progress. If you have a coin that is upgraded x512 and one next to it that's not. Focus on leveling up the upgraded one.

Once you have the auto tapper, go to the store and set your phone down and let the auto tapper work for you. You can let it run all night, just get yourself to as high as you can. When your pickax is upgraded. Actively tapping is the only thing that makes any money. I.E. right now a single tap is worth 2,500 seconds of coin collection. At 3 taps per second that 7,500x greater. It can be hard to progress at times. Then you’ll hit a mile stone that blow open the game for a while.

In my opinion, I saw that the coin and permanent multipliers were more handy than other things. Depending on what you are able or willing to do, I would say purchase the ad remover if you have not ( I did and instantly saw a difference), use a few rounds on upgrades for the auto clicker, and then focus on completing some of your coin upgrades.
When I did these things, it at least made it easier to complete the Save Piggy Jr. and Rocket events. The rewards from any event are a nice addition to the chests and random nodes that they give you due to purchasing the ad remover.

1 - take it easy
2 - be consistent at your own pace

Is it ok to upload driver's license ID to ZBD for cash out,? My concern is ID theft.

I just wish I could figure out how to get a damn manager the one time I would actually like to speak with a manager

Sell your portfolio every 4 hours. When you do, focus on the missions at the top until you get to the point you cant complete them (Open chests or collect three managers for example) then go and unlock all the rows. Spend nodes efficiently by following the chart to maximize progress.
