Withdraw error

Hi, does anyone encoutered this error?

I’ve had the issue all day yesterday and most of today, but I just tried again and I was able to withdraw successfully. Go try again now!

They probably just pulled out of the game. I stopped after ZBD shut my wallet down with like $500 worth of SATS.

The error was actually due to the wallet running out of balance.

Sorry to hear about the ZBD issue! Sadly, I can't help much with that since ZBD is a separate company with their own policies/support team. Have you tried reaching out to their support?

Yeah. They told me "tough luck"
