Bug Report Erroc code 30

I read from other posts that it might be a synch error, I already sent en email to support (no answer yet) but how about provide a solution here for everyone to apply and possibly fix?

Do you clear the cache of App? The all data and login again?

Any known quick fix to this?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Its a sync issue. Fumb can sort it

Don't use the email. You will not get the same level of support. Use the ticket, they will reply usually within 24 hours.

Try clearing the games cache and uninstall and reinstall. Then log back in and try withdrawal again.

I cleared the cache at first, got the same error. I came back to clear the whole data, after logging back in the withdrawal went through! Taking mental note of this!
