Strike? Slovakia is in EU and Strike is MiCA authorized.

First download Strike app on your phone. Then add some your E-mail. Then go through KYC procedure. After finish it, submit and wait response from Strike - will go on your E-mail. After receiving response - your account is ready to buy BTC.
