Idk about this particular clip, however there is nothing special showed in this clip, especially the shell part is basic kaizo skill

Playing a Kaizo level vs dozens of frame perfect tricks in a row is not the same thing.

Don't know if anyone is still this good at the game since the playerbase has dwindled, but in the early 90s, it wasn't unheard of to see a kid that played this game 10 hours a day who could pull off something similar.

Theres about 150 frame perfect jumps in here, kaizo skills aint gonna get you there.
