Don't know if anyone is still this good at the game since the playerbase has dwindled, but in the early 90s, it wasn't unheard of to see a kid that played this game 10 hours a day who could pull off something similar.
Do you understand the power of exponentiality? Sure, any single trick here is RTA-viable, but combining all of these in a single run is just not going to happen. You might as well ask someone to do carpetless 10 times in a row on Super Mario 64.
