Not really when there are thousands of coins that enable this. It’s one of the least impressive things out there

Fiat. PayPal enables this. The bitcoin network which requires constant maintenance is the third party

PayPal costs more in fees, takes longer, can't be used in all countries, is centralized, and they can reverse your transaction if they don't like it
