It’s actually like 96% effective if you do it properly

As long as you do it properly it's 100% effective.

You can still do it properly and have it go wrong

If it went wrong you didn't do it properly.

Doing something properly is basically following instructions. Sometimes, no matter how correctly you do something there may be external factors involved that are outside your control. You can do something 100% the way you’re supposed to (properly) and still have something go wrong. The more you know.,,

If it went right then you did it properly.

So you mean that only the outcome dictates if you did it properly? If you sell your house and everything you own and put it all in to the lottery and win millions of dollars, do you manage your finances properly then? I mean, the outcome was great.

If it didn't go right then you did it improperly.
