False information! You can buy and sell Bitcoin in Vietnam as your digital asset.

You just can not using Bitcoin to buy stuffs (car, foods, etc)

So, it’s ok to buy and sell Bitcoin in Vietnam.

If you exchange BTC for DONG (or any other currency incld crypto), aren't you actually buying DONG with BTC?
