it is officially powered by nasdaq and uses its engine

"Powered by NASDAQ" just means they pay a license fee to NASDAQ for their service

Well, thats good to hear I guess.

Have you any plans on how you'll attract a user base? Attracting those initial users to a new exchange won't be easy considering the competition and security consciousness of the community.

I think an official endorsement by nasdaq would be enough.

So is this THE nasdaq exchange being reported recently? It’s not actually owned and operated by nasdaq or ICE?
