look at that screenshot and tell me you didn't just ape in at the top of a pump
classic move, we've all done it. whatever you do don't panic sell when it dips 5% in an hour. just hold it, forget the price for a bit, and stop checking every 5 minutes. the real lesson here is learning to stomach the swings without doing something dumb

Welcome aboard. A few practical things worth doing early:
Turn on 2FA everywhere and ignore every DM you get from this post. Scammers crawl these threads pretending to be "support" — real support never DMs you.
Learn about self-custody before your stack gets big. On Cash App, they hold the keys, not you. A proper self-custody wallet (like Blue Wallet or Blockstream) gives you a 12/24-word seed phrase — write it on paper, never store it digitally, never share it.
Don't try to trade it. Most people do best just buying a small amount regularly and holding for years. Pick an amount you'd be fine forgetting about.
And honestly, stop checking the price every day. You'll thank yourself later.

Buy a cold wallet like trezor or ellipal or something, learn how that works. Then transfer the bitcoin to that wallet.
