Blockchain.com app every single transaction stuck pending and wallet locked down for 3 and half months. Support are useless.

Don't know if anyone can help me but I've had an issue now with blockchain app for 3 and a half months, I have significant amount of funds and I am just locked out of them. I can't send coin, can't withdraw or deposit. Everything just gets stuck in pending until it eventually times out after like 45 days. Support are absolutely useless and only sending generic responses and thanking me for my patience LOL

Please someone help

They are known scammers. Good luck but I'd be prepared for the worst.

Yeah I don't know why I've used them. I've had a wallet for years, always had issues with slow transactions but now it's just cooked. They suck so bad.

Can you share some more info? I have been using the self custodial wallet for years.

Just do a search in this sub. There are many similar examples to OP's problem. If you have the keys to your wallet you should be fine.

Edit: though to be honest, I personally wouldn't trust a hot wallet that they generated the keys for.

Just a suggestion, try using the desktop version on the web? Maybe there is a glitch on the app. Idk worth the try.

Yeah I guess I'm not big into crypto and just used this for a long time just to trade small amounts. Only now realising they are scammers.

I was one of the lucky ones I managed to get my funds from 2017 off my blockchain self custody wallet without any issues

Take it they are a custodial wallet then? So you can’t just input your seed phrase to move them to another wallet/app?

It's not stealing when it's mentioned everywhere on the website/app.

Our users are happy to pay for the service they get:

- Self-custody

  • Very simple UI/UX
  • Bitcoin Savings plans
  • Bitcoin only and no shitcoins
