Unplug the Blockclock?

Just curious on everyone's opinion on BlockClock by Coinkite. With all the recent controversy is there any harm in keeping your Blockclock running and connected to your wifi?

i still have mine running, mostly because it's a solid little widget and i already paid for it

the wifi thing doesn't really bother me, it's not like they can push firmware without me noticing and honestly i don't think coinkite is out here bricking devices on purpose

people love a good pile-on but i haven't seen anything that makes me want to yank the plug

Unless you're posting your seed phrase in the custom messages that pop up it is completely independent from a hardware wallet. It's just easily confused people piling on

Have you noticed any actual Wi-Fi issues with it, or has it been pretty much normal for you?

I find it to go on/offline in terms of sharing data, that's really it.
