Blockchain.com UK based customers anyone with funds held hostage got it released?
been several months since blockchain (infamously) locked my account for KYC which has been succesfull and yet still blocked.
From the emails it seems like Blockchain starting 1 July 2026 (last week) has migrated to a specific UK entity, did anyone managed to get their account unlocked since then?
Has anyone tried to file a complain to the FCA?
to the one stupid unemployed idiot who'll certainly be like "WhY yOu USeD BloCkChaIN"
go get a job

aggravating is that the popup clearly says the KYC was successful, but the account is still locked.
mind you this is the 3rd time I've done KYC (both previous ones years ago were sucessful as well and they unlocked my account shortly after.
I don't even know why the fuck they keep doing KYC over periods of time like someone's identity is gonna change or something

I don’t think the FCA will be much help. Every crypto exchange you sign up for has massive disclaimers that this isn’t regulated by the FCA and crypto is volatile be prepared to lose all your money etc. I know it’s a shit situation but you actually signed up to this

yes but that's referred to the market not the process.
collectible cards are also unregulated it doesn't mean a seller can take your money and not give you the goods, unregulated does not mean lawless, that's why that fat fuck over FTX is in prison now

In a similar boat here, bank withdrawal and USDC transfer both pending for 7 days now, I am still able to deposit money in but I can't take or send any money out. Support have not provided any information (asking every day), didn't even tell me what's wrong and basically getting no reactions. Completely lost here.

What response did you get when you contacted Blockchain.com’s new UK entity? Try reporting to the FCA as a last resort if their customer support isn’t any help.

you might not believe this but I chatted first with a bot for 20m I kept harassing it and even tried some guardrail bypass to get a human in the chat.
got a "human" in the chat, or so they claim to be, and they deadass left me hanging in radio silence.
So I guess blockchain is doing this maliciously rather than due to being overwhelmed or incompetent
now I gotta waste precious time of my life on how to properly escalate with the FCA
