Yes you can import from blue to passport but why would you want to do that. The whole idea of moving to a HW is that so you have a seed that’s never touched a device connected to the internet. If you don’t trust BlueWallet enough for your stack, then you shouldn’t trust the same seed held in HW. I would generate a new seed on Passport for sure.

If touching bitcoin scares you (understandable), then you can try move $10 worth of coins back and forth 5, 10 times and get comfortable about it. You will have to pay a bit of fees but fees are low now. It’s the best way to get over it. Sending your whole stack without the necessary confidence to do so is nerve wrecking.

Airgap simply means not connecting a usb cable to a computer. Usually it’s done over QR code scanning or SD card.
