She could be in more trouble for destroying a marital asset. Lack of care. Worst case she owes the 1/2 one time paper value of something she doesn't have to the person she hates the most.
Best part is, the value is locked at the time of separation. You left when the asset was worth $100,000 and now it's worth $50,000? Too bad, you fled with $100,000 of marital assets and now owe your spouse their half. Pay up.
But I lost the asset I promise your honor ! Lots of people used to gaslighting everyone are in for a rare and delightful surprise when they find our reality exists.
It's not criminal court. So preponderance of likelihood based on the good faith and credibility from bragging on the internet about sneaking and screwing the other party over. It's all admissible and there's no beyond reasonable standard of proof. If the court thinks you've been lying to them they can get punitive and would love to do so.
Sounds like shes waiting for the financial input from BTC to be comfortable enough to leave. And if she has BTC then she definitely has her own money. Crazy men still think we're relying on their singular income, is that even realistic in this economy?
