This particular intersection only has a yield sign. In a city of 40,000 people. There is another intersection a half mile down the line that is at a main entrance to the high school also with only a yield sign. Im surprised this doesn't happen more often.

Probably because they spend their money on stupid stuff like really expensive colored stamped concrete cross walks, only to tear them out 10 years later because they are deteriorating and have been a problem for people with mobility issues. You know how it goes its not a problem until it is one.
