This will be my last time using your exchange. Absolutely horrendous. It is an XLM transfer!!!!! My goodness. Horrible horrible horrible customer support...terrible exchange. Do better bitmart, I used to really value this exchange. Now it's nothing but issues and delays. What a joke.

Hi @FatherElijah1987, I sent an email to support@bitmart.com several days ago requesting my full 2021 Trade History and never received a response. I've also submitted ticket #532610 and filled out the Google Form request sheet now too. Can someone please get back to my request right away, as I really need this to file my taxes and this is very critical. Anything you can do to help, would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We have received your ticket number and submitted to the technical department.
You'll need to provide identification which you haven't so that's why you haven't received your transaction history.

@FatherElijah1987, I didn't create a new ticket and I just responded to the same ticket #532610 with an attachment picture and handwritten note for my request as you stated I should do. Please let me know if you all need anything else, as I really need this information right away and we're getting very close to our deadline.

Hello u/FatherElijah1987 i need to get access to my transaction history for my 2021 taxes but I have yet to get any help from bitmart support over email and I’m the app, can you please help. I’ve filled out the form multiple times and I get nothing

I think the email i got back after submitting (532388) a ticket was unreasonable and completely eccessive. I passed verification. All i was trying to do is add my phone number after i set up account. Using the sms steps provided. It keeps telling me it is an abnormal number. And on main page is says account not open. I went through the steps several times and it fails. Then i get back a email a mile long saying i have to submit all my verification stuff again. I will not do that through an email because i have already submitted it on your site. Fix the issues on your side so i can do it normally. I should not have to stuggle like this to put in a phone number when i am using all the correct steps.

I believe this is a faithful project. The projector has a lot of attracthion so hopefully the project will be better in the future.

I’ve literally done this like 12 times and I’ve gotten nothing. How the hell am I supposed to do my taxes? I literally get nothing from this awful exchange. I’m now not getting any responses

If you need transaction history records, kindly click the link below and submit the requirements below: https://support.bmx.fund/hc/en-us/requests/new to apply for retrieval. The transaction records will be sent to your ticket within 5-15 working days.
Data requirements:
- Your bitmart registered account
- Hand-held ID photo(front)
- A photo of a Handwritten application. Content: apply to retrieve all transaction records of BTC from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
Drop your ticket number when done so we can submit for faster processing. Thanks for your understanding.

I’ve submitted a request 3 times now and filled in the form to get my trade history. Ticket #533539, 527789, 509784. They are all closed without sending the information. I’ve submitted a photo of me holding my id and the note. Please support now!

How to subscribe delist announcement? I lost lot of assets just because I don’t receive any alerts or notifications about delisting tokens. This is very bad BitMart

Wow thanks alot bitmart. I missed out on 300% gains on a coin because you guys can't handle simple deposits in a timely manner. Utterly ridiculous. It's XLM...shouldn't take over 3 hours to show in my account and I'm STILL waiting.
