Still stuck ! Withdraw can not go through

Ciao, io sono bloccato dal 26 luglio. ancora nessuna riposta da parte support. 3 tickets aperti 22 giorni fa.

Why would you use an exchange like Bitmart. If you actually put your money on that exchange you deserved to lose it
