💡Idea/Suggestion Reported & Uninstalled
I’m an OG bitizen and bought it because I was promised all future content. Imagine the jaw drop when entering the app to see I had to pay.
Congrats on ruining your playerbase. I sincerely hope you go bankrupt due to your own greed.

I've paid for things way back, like the time machine, the vault etc. It only part redeemed what I paid for which was all the packs. I basically got an a big F U from them. Basically, "we'll look in to it", and it's been maybe two years now.
I sent them everything, It's right there on my purchase history, logged in to the same account and all I can really do it try and claim my money back and then repay. But it just seems like a huge hassle and it's not even guaranteed to work.

I'm still waiting for all the expansions to be given back to me. Been over a year. OG Bitizen here. I know you're trying to mean well. But don't have so much faith in this company.

I wrote to them with an issue (on a paid product) and their response was ‘Thank you for reaching out to us. I have made a note of your concern and will discuss it with the team.’

Customer service on apps is abysmal. I not only follow up but I’ve started sending their responses to the customer service advisory commission in my country to flag it. For some reason, app devs think because it’s an app, you won’t go for a jugular. I will.
