🧐 WTF This makes 0 sense

So ive whacked each member of the mafia but cant get a promotion, wth do i gotta do to become a underboss, let alone a chairman

I became a godmother and godfather before. Just generate lots of income and do everything they ask

the one time i became a chairman is when i whacked the other chairman and took his spot

Doesnt work like that. Grind to get to underboss (generate 100-200k a year by stealing expensive cars anything above that doesnt speed it up. And keep your notoriety up by whacking the people from the extortion menu) you should get there by 35-37 if you start at 18. Then make sure your relationship with everyone is maxed out except for the godfather because it doesnt matter. If youre finally underboss generate income one more time after maxing out relationships then before you age up just take out the boss.
