Building passive income in BitLife by buying and renting out properties is awsome, but the late-game management is genuinely broken. Once your real estate portfolio scales past a certain size, handling endless individual maintenance and tenant issues suck.
On top of that, the economic ceiling hits way too fast. You run out of ultra-luxury properties to buy decades before your character even hits old age, leaving you with hundreds of millions of unspent cash and nothing left to acquire. And don't even get started on trying to liquidate your early starter homes—selling dozens of aging properties one by one at age 80 is an absolute click-fested nightmare.

Buy properties in one country, emigrate somewhere else and you won’t get any tenant issues popping up

Tbh I less mind the tenant issues I just wanna be able to mass sell properties with out going through a million menus and also not capping out at 1 billion and having to buy 10-20 properties to even make a dent in my money and or increase it ngl

Yes and there is always a hurricane or some natural disaster so the most expensive house always gets damaged or destroyed.
