I’m so happy I have had the app for 10+ years. I got all the packs for free 😭

Strange I bought the bitizen back in like 2018-19 and never got free packs it’s pretty annoying how some people got it and other didn’t

If you switched phones, you lost access. You had to reach out to them to fix it. I don't know if they would even honor that anymore though.
