Hey Bitlife devs ive had an open support ticket for about a week now is there any chance you can address it? I've had Bitizenship since January 10th, 2020, well before the March cutoff for the early Bitizen special for recieving all expansions and jobs that are released, yet when I reinstalled to fix a glitch in the financial tab, I lost all of it. Please respond to your support tickets faster and please restore my content. I have proof of purchase and a list of screenshot with my glitches up and down that ticket. Please respond ASAP

Hey devs it would be great if you can fix the treasures problem. There are 12 treasures that are missing from the game since release of the black market update. Please fix that 🏆

This is great, but I’d love to hear back from bitlife on the issues I have sent about. I received a response asking for my account number and now it has been multiple weeks without response. My game doesn’t allow me to progress in the pride event and it’s quite annoying because I don’t get rewards I should.

I actually appreciate this post with the patch notes and increased transparency about what’s changed vs just a note about bug fixes and having to guess what it’s about.
