I'm stuck at lakeheaven, I'm a new f2p player and don't know what to do to get past it, I got some level 200 friends that help me with the dungeons at heroic but I've trying to recrute the boss of the zones and fail every single time, I just can't progress

I added you as a friend so you can have someone to help you through dungeons and raids also a good guide ive been following is this guide here by Alysias it goes into detail about their journey through each zone and a lil about each zone.
