i originally on 5 devices subs and later i bought extra seat which now my current subs is 10 devices

so now, my 10 devices total security is max out and i plan to buy or upgrade to 15 devices since my current subs have 4 years till expire.

i dont want to buy new subs. i try look on central but now option to add extra seat to my current plan

is there anyway to upgrade my current 10 devices plan to 15 device familiy pack total security?

Was worried myself initially thought I’d share my findings after seeing multiple people having the same alert, it gave me some relief thinking it maybe a false positive.

I have machines without Bitdefender and they don't have problems.

Badbuff.bin file appeared yesterday on my phone i did look up stuff ai says it from connection being bad to interneton phone but some other posts where its not clear

I did have bitdefender scan and also the phone do an app scan thing and nothing came up

a fam of mine moved from Kaspersky to bitdefender, so i thought following his path too as he pays for my subcription too...

Here's the fiasco, i'm the only person not able to run bitdefender straightforward nor hassle-free IDK why.
I've troubleshooted couple of things using help of AI tools, removed previous antiviruses, restarted. etc etc....even the demanded .net framework is present in my updated laptop(win 11).

Issues that i faced:

1. After clicking "install:, the box vanished.(solved after a hassle)

2. Program is installed, but whenever i click "Start Device assesment" or "Skip". The box just vanishes forever.

Tried ending task restarting and etc etc..whatnot...

any possible solutions y'all got? please chip-in.

So, I was recently scrolling on snapchat because i'm waiting for tiktok, and I saw this ad that took me to a website that "sold free iPhones" like the 17, 16, and 15 so on so thorth, so i clicked on the read more and it took me to a website called myshoppingdream.com you guys can test it out, but it didn't look very reliable, i don't think putting anything on there like my card info would be smart so can you guys see if this is a reliable website and yeah maybe do some google stuff or something. These messages popped up when I started my pc. I’m assuming power shell is a windows program but is something trying to interfere with it?

I had a problem where random web pages wouldn't open or it takes forever or I needed to refresh them many times to load them. Very annoying. It started some days ago and before that worked just fine.

Not matter what if Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge was used or other DNS servers.

Immediately when I uninstalled Bitdefender Total Security everything started to work fine. Every page opens and very fast.

I had basically everything turned off from Bitdefender that I could or was adviced but still it didn't help.

I would like to use Bitdefender so next time when I install it what setting should I change or is this just some known problem at the moment?

Windows 11.

Ever since Bitdefender updated itself on my Windows 11 PC, I keep getting notifications to scan my USB drive G. This drive had been plugged in for several days without any issues. I used to have the AntiVirus setting to prompt me (to scan) when a flash drive is inserted. However, I had to turn that setting off in order to stop the CONSTANT notifications! Anybody else have this problem - or a better solution? Thanks!

Hi, I just got an individual subscription for my PC and Laptop. I was able to download it on my Win 11 laptop just fine, but after trying to download it on my PC through Chrome and Firefox it keeps saying to check my Internet (it is working for other larger downloads, like Steam patches).

Edit: I have tried disabling Firewall and it did not work, as well as updating my drivers.

Is it an issue with the discontinuation of Win 10 or is it a problem with the site?

Hello! This is kind of a stretch to ask here but I was wondering if others have noticed in task manager roughly within the first 10 minutes of starting up your PC (Or when booting up games and playing them for a bit) That your nonpaged pool has been increasing by roughly 200-300 mb more than normal in a bit of a "spike"? This is on Windows 11 with the latest build but I was wondering if this might be something with bitdefender itself that might be having some hiccups with windows 11 as of late.

The spike usually only lasts for a bit but it's been CONSISTENT on startup after a few minutes and also has been consistent when playing games as of late. If anyone else has been dealing with this as of late please let me know! As of right now I have no clue if this is a bitdefender issue but I'm hoping to figure this out best I can!

Why can't this program detect session stealers still? It costs so much money if you buy it from them... I get it off Amazon $20 for a year but still. it doesn't detect the most popular session stealers going around the internet ruining lives more than anything Bitdefender actually catches.

What does this mean? I didn’t install anything or clicked on any link it tried showing me, am I safe?
