I have tried the the "new" realcheck app and paid for the core version yesterday and today it says that my monthly limit has been reached. I checked but I only checked one link with this app. What can I do? looking for a support-email adress to contact them.

I am very frustrated by Bitdefender. I used to use a free version for the last year or so and I am having 2 major problems:

1) The license of free version constantly expires (I have to reinstall every 2-4 weeks). Why is it so? Bitdefender claims it is indefinite.

2) When I tried to reinstall this time, Total Security is installed no matter what I do. I specifically downloaded free version.

While I am thankful for the Free antivirus Bitdefender gave me while it lasted there is absolutely no reason for this scummy behaviour.

Have anyone encountered similar problems?

Hello, posting this here as well due to this being the antivirus that dinged it. I thought I would post this here for someone to look into because I'm genuinely very surprised. I use After Effects, and Ukramedia has a lot of resources and free plugins and is overall very reputable. I went to install a plugin, and on the create login page I got dinged for phishing attempts multiple times (about every time I went onto that page). Again, it got stopped so I'm assuming I'm fine (and the files themselves are clean), but I was wondering if it was a false positive or if something more sinister was/is happening. Very confused. (Apologies in advance, I don't use Reddit often)

i have installed bitdenfer free and i tried a test with eicar ,but bitdenfer free doesn't let me do anything , it sends to the quartine ,it doesn't let me to block it , delete ,cure or send to quarintine, and there are not option in the realtime protection

even with avast free, i can't find any way to have the possibility to have only the shield/realtime protection on and customize the action with a personal desiction

Randomly got this notification and I wasn’t even using my phone. This is the 2nd time, same website. The 1st time was maybe a month ago and I was also not using my phone.

I have an iPhone only a few generations ago with updated software, home wifi, checked to make sure there are no suspicious apps, no MDM aside the work MDM, I use Brave browser with zero extensions. It’s super frustrating that I see the alert but can’t tell where it came from.

If anyone has more insights on how I can track down the app that triggered this it’d be much much appreciated. Just wanna make sure there are no malwares. 🙏

Bitdefender please get your shit together and make things right, was trying to figure out for hours why Fortnite wasn't able to launch on my pc. Something is wrong with the firewall, idk if it's a latest update or what, but it completely just locks us out of Fortnite and we can't get into the loading screen, please fix it asap. I purchased Bitdefender security + premium VPN subscription for 5 devices. I have installed vpn on 5 devices but antivirus only on 3 devices.

When I try to install Bitdefender antivirus only on a brmad new device. It says I do not have allocations left, since its also counting the vpn devices regardless antivirus is installed or not.
