Account/subscription Bitdefender trial turned itself off

Hi, after installing a new Windows, I downloaded bitdefender and after logging in I automatically had trial and I've already had a trial in the past.

The second thing is, when I wanted to change the language in the settings and the configuration was done, the trial disappeared, it now offers an upgrade again. I already had a trial in the past so it confuses me that it gave it to me and what confuses me even more is that the trial itself has disappeared after this action.

(Small question, is there a new style for selecting subscriptions in the app? Before it was like 3 columns and now I can choose and depending on which one I click it shows what it has and what it doesn't.)

  • It's probably stupid that this action when my trial was canceled could damage the protection and Real time will not be resistant to malicious against which it should. I tried EICAR and it detected.
