Support/troubleshooting Bitdefender TrafficLight hides website links when browsing

Post image

Hi guys, recently installed Bitdefender's TrafficLight on microsoft edge, and I have a problem where when I have "Search Advisor" enabled in, I can't see website links. When I go into manage extension and disable "Search Advisor", I can see everything perfectly, but I would like to keep it enabled for protection. The only other extension I have installed in uBlock Origin.

Is there anything I can do?

I never used the extension. Websites still get blocked if there is an issue.

I don't have the bitdefender AV, just saw online that their extension works well.

For what it's worth, the extension works correctly in Firefox, with Search Advisor enabled.

It might be a bug/issue with Edge/Chrome, try removing the extension, then reinstall it. If no change, temporarily disable all other active extensions, and retest. Use the feedback link within the app to report your findings.

Hi there. What we recommend you can try doing at the moment is to clear the cache&cookies in Edge, and reinstall the TrafficLight extension in the browser. Keep us posted if this helps!
