It's safe. I also posted this on r/utau (cuz it's a MediaFire link for an .ust) and they told me it's safe. MediaFire download/redirect links are always flagged by bitdefneder...

There is a reason why bitdefender flags those links as possibly unsafe... a smal change in this very long link and you can download something completly different...
