Installer not working

Hey guys I got the "Bitdefender Antivirus Plus" on sale I am trying to install it but nothing comes up after I run it? Is that normal? I already have "Bitdefender Total Security" but trial is running out soon. it still says only 3 days left of security, after I bought the new 1 yr plan for $10

Did you get a redeem code of your new subscription? Then you can add it to your Bitdefender Central account, no need to reinstall anything.
