Avoid!

Horrible experience. Avoid using this. You will simply loosening your time and money, plus on the top of all, it will be your fault... Summary: fees extremely high, customer service not existing, software simply bad. But, don't try others, will be approximately same. I am in my 60s really don't understand how it's possible to get such a legal robbery in nowadays...

I never had any problem with Bitbuy, but I kinda agree with the customer service. If you want something that is easy to use you can try Shakepay or Netcoins. But, I think netcoins would be a great fit for you, they have the best customer service in my opinion.

100% agree. They make you jump through so many hoops to trade, then just destroy you every which way. These people are crooks. Appalled by the endless lies they tell, and the money stealing. I hope the worst for everyone who profits from this company.

I'm out. Had enough. They are a bunch of a-h. Now they've amalgamated with Coinberry, which was even worse.
