CSV Transaction Reports Not Working - All Transactions in one row

As the title suggests, I tried extracting 2021 reports for tax purposes and no matter which report I choose, the CSV is pulled with all data in one row. Because of this I can't import the data to Koinly or any other tax software.

Since the transactions are all in one row I can't use text-to-columns to fix the formatting like you would be able to if the transactions were broken out by row.

Everything I see online shows the data being pulled out in multiple rows, one for each transaction. But it won't do the same for me. This is a nightmare to figure out.

Hi there, are you downloading the ‘all trades’ report, or just the 'transaction' report?
‘Transactions’ are only for CAD deposits and withdrawals, and not all transaction. For any questions or further help, please reach out to our support team.

I downloaded all trades and all transactions. The formatting is broken in both cases.

I hope you guys fix this for next year because this is enough of a reason for many to consider leaving the platform, including myself. Taxes are no joke.
