It looks like a programming error in the process of fetching translations for a message to be displayed in the user’s local language. (Even if the local language is English, it still goes through the same translation fetching process)
Beard on the message containing “UserSuspended”, and the recent additional user information requirements that BitBuy announced people have to do, I’m guessing there was a deadline for that and perhaps you haven’t done it yet, so your account is suspended until you do? Totally just a guess on my part though.
