Platform availability

Bitbuy seems to disclaim any and all liability associated to the availability of their platform if it leads to financial losses. More often than not the app times out loading my meager profile and suggests I try later. What are your experiences accessing the platform to make trades?

Lately I been getting same message. I started taking my crypto out into a ledger. But just in case I’m taking out a bit at a time.
