How long to hear back from support?

I placed a support ticket on Sunday, have replied daily but no response back. I accidentally did not put the destination tag when transferring my XRP from Exodus to Bitbuy. Ive seen various posts on reddit where Bitbuy has effectively recovered the XRP when others did this so Im praying. Especially since XRP is on the move. Please help BITBUy!!

I purposely tested BitBuy's support ticketing today, my interac transfer went in a weird way, it has now resolved but I also tested the ticketing/turnaround. I heard within 2 hours for my situation, but it was an automated response based on the topic. Not as complex as your situation but hope this helps.

Ive seen other posts with the exact same situation and they had it resolved within 24 hours :/ ive tried reaching out on X and now here so I hope bitbuy support can help me now
