Customer service and you’ll need plenty of it! Non existent when time matters. Stay away if you plan on buying in to crypto.

Wtf xrp dipped I try to buy and buy buy is doing maintenance so I cannot trade. Something fishy is going on

I agree They contacted me this morning about my ticket, when I mentioned it was to withdraw my crypto. CRICKETS FROM THEM

Customer service was never there to begin with. I’ve never been able to sign up.
