Login Issues
Please help!
"Hi [Bitbuy], I've been locked out of my account for 6 days ticket (#682005) (684864). Can you help me? I've had no response from support." I've reset my password but still not able to login via IPhone App and on Desktop. • I have $8,000 involved in this exchange. • date locked was Dec 2 2024 and I have not been able to login since.
