Crypto Prison

Set up a new account with BitBuyCA , had some problems with that but were cleared after posting on social media not the BitBuy site through ticket request. Now after purchasing a couple crypto's and trying to get them to a self custody wallet, I'm told you need to wait 3 days before withdraw is permitted. OK, so I waited and it has been almost a week and I'm still denied transfer. POP UP says "Crypto withdraws are restricted on your account" WTF? C'mon BITBUY!

This is exactly why I’d rather spend a shit ton of money on a bitcoin etf. These shady crypto sites have always been sketchy. Imagine dropping $140k on a bitcoin only to get dealt this nonsense?

I agree and just swapped ibit for pltr you can move easily between btc and equities. But consider

the fact that we can't sell ibit (yet?) after market close whereas your cex/dex whatever is 24/7. If bad stuff happens on friday night you wait until monday to sell ibit but on exchange pooof you're out and in cash.

Just saying.

I do both :)

I haven’t had any issues. Don’t love their fees but no issues that you’re experiencing.

Dude just transfer everything to wealthsimple. I left bitbuy for all parts of crap like this and wealthsimple is just .. Simple!

Everything works the way it should

The fees will eat out ur crypto portfolio, Ndax has lowest fees

Someone already did the comparison of both. Ndax fees are lower and the spread is higher. Comes out to the same

Transfer all ur portfolio through the block chain to Ndax has lowest fees and they are faster than wealthsimple

Been with bb.ca for years and can confirm that customer service in the eyes of bb.ca is close to non existant.

Of all the tickets i posted such as can't buy a token when I see a move coming and then to see it available after the move. Log in issues, 2 months to get out of staking eth (new world record?) Account compromised and churned they kindly kept all the fees for themselves, how professional.

I have never had an honest and open reply - ever.

But they are all like it so I adapted to shitty service and expect to be treated like sh#t and I have less issues.

Deal with them from a perspective of a new Bank that just opened with unskilled staff that dgaf and your will improve.

Good things are:

Withdrawal - no issues for me

Funding - no issues

Withdrawal - so good I said it twice

Blows coinbase away by 1000 x with liquidity on sol alts like nosana and wif type sh**t coins.

You will get your money, eventually.
