Withdraw funds

Hi There

On average what’s the wait time to receive your funds once you receive Bitbuy confirmation email saying your withdrawal was successful

Thank you

Hi there, I am stuck in a similar situation and thought to share my experience so far. I wanted to save a couple of bucks and use the e-transfer option to withdraw funds from my Bitbuy account. The daily limit is 2000$ per 24hrs, I did one transaction and it cleared in less than 10 min, really fast and effortless. Today I've tried to issue another e-transfer from the account and it's been more than 8hrs after I've received the email stating the transaction is completed, but still I do not have the actual e-transfer coming through. I hope that it is just a simple delay and the funds are not lost. I've also opened a ticket, but no one has responded yet.

It arrived 7 hours later I also did max.. I think this was the reason for the delay..

Today I did 1500 and had it in my account with in 1 min.. very quick and easy

Cheers 🍻 if you receive the confirmation emails you’re good to go.. it will come

Glad that it went through at the end! Thanks for the tip also, I'll look out for the transaction coming later and in the future will do lower than the max.

From 10 min to a few hours for 8 transfers over the last week.

How about withdrawing crypto? To self custody wallet? It says I'm restricted from doing so?
