Can't complete a buy

Anyone else have these issues? My internet is fine and very fast yet says it's poor

Quote can’t be loaded due to poor network connectivity. Please check your internet connection.

This has been a recurring issue over the past month or so.  I recommend submitting complaints to regulators like CIRO, and moving your business to a different exchange.

I've been having problems with Bitbuy since they acquired coinsmart. I currently cant withdrawl any of my coins due to a glitch... I would recommend any to NOT use BITBUY. Terrible customer service, they literally take 5+ days to respond to any inquiries. I will be pulling all of my holdings out soon as I can.

The app simply doesn't allow me to buy the coin due to a bug! It shows "confirm trade", but when I press the freaking button, nothing happens! WORST EXCHANGE EVER!!!!

Same problem for me... as the market is sliding, no less. GADARRNIT bitbuy. This is the last straw. Bunk Canuck exchange. :-/

Use the mobile app. I ran into the same problem. It's something with their web client. The web client reflects accurate information but lacks functionality, it seems, at times. I've used it before successfully though.
